Making An Online Purchase
When you order a product from Rouge’s website, you are offering to buy it at the price stated. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. You place your order for our products from the Website by clicking on the [Confirm Order] button at the end of the on-line order process.

We may not accept your order if (a) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (b) we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment or (c) if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time

Product availability
Products from Rouge are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products supplied, to supply only part of an order or to split an order into several individual orders. We also reserve the right to amend the terms or duration of sales promotions. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Prices/ Payment/ Currency
Orders made will be in your selected currency. Default currency is SGD.
For international orders, on receipt of the goods, you may also be charged customs duties and value-added tax as applicable in the country concerned.

The following forms of payment are accepted for online purchases:

- MASTERCARD
- AMEX
- PayPal

Your credit card will only be charged with the transaction amount when your credit card details have been verified and your payment has been authorized, availability has been confirmed and your order is ready for dispatch. Your credit card will not be charged at the time the order is placed.

Dispatch/ Delivery
Deliveries cannot be made to PO box numbers. All goods are sent by registered post. Orders are processed and dispatched on Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays. Rouge does not accept any liability for unforeseen delays. Please allow one to three working days for processing of the order in addition to the actual delivery time. Dispatch within Singapore will take up to 5 working days and overseas approximately 7 to 14 working days.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods, or if the goods supplied are not the same as those ordered, please retain all documents and packaging and notify us immediately by contacting us.

Returns/ Exchange
As we make every effort to check our goods before sending, goods will only be exchanged if its the wrong item, size or colour. All exchanges are on a case by case basis. and the decision of the management will be final. Rouge does not accept any liability for returns that are lost, stolen or damaged, and will not issue any refund or pay any compensation.

Amendments/ Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us via our contact form. We will make every effort to comply with your wishes. However, once the goods have left our warehouse the order can no longer be cancelled or amended until the goods have been returned to us. In this case, please return the goods in accordance with our return conditions as soon as you have received them.

Unfortunately it is impossible to guarantee that a website is free of human or technical errors.
